The University of South Carolina School of Law invites applications for tenured, tenure-track, or visiting faculty positions to begin fall semester 2017. Candidates should have a juris doctorate or equivalent degree. Additionally, a successful applicant should have a record of excellence in academia or in practice, the potential to be an outstanding teacher, and demonstrable scholarly promise.  The School of Law is interested in candidates who are qualified to teach in the areas of taxation and clinical legal education, but will also be considering candidates in a variety of other areas of need.
